There’s a couple of things I need to say. First off, this record should not be called Riot. Riots insinuate danger and there’s nothing even remotely dangerous about Paramore. Shame on them for marketing themselves in this fashion. Secondly, guitarist Zac Farro recently told The Albuquerque Tribune “I think we have a new sound; we don't sound like anybody else out there. And Hayley, our singer, sets us apart.” Again... straight up bullshit. They sound like the Bubblicious Avril Lavigne blew out of her ass. Real original. Hey Zac, don’t be so damn delusional.

Finally, as I was walking to work the other day, past the MTV/TRL studios, I noticed the image and consumerism-obsessed network had devoted their entire building front, one whole city block, to Paramore. Discover and Download. Uggg... this is Punkbands.com, not My Super Sweet Sixteen. With that in mind... this review is over.
