The disc starts out with an impromptu Phish-like percussion jam, that is less than impressive. It’s just the pre-cursor to an otherwise decent first track, flawlessly executed and virgin tight. We then briskly move into an interlude track that would have been better left on the cutting room floor. The disc moves at a pace that doesn’t allow such a stupid waste of less than even two minutes. Vocally, everything is pretty much done with the grating, grittiness akin to bands like Aria, old Undying any bands of that ilk. Musically, I’d say it’s for fans of the Walls of Jericho, Curl Up And Die style hardcore where everything is moving at 100 mph and there’s no chance of slowing down. For what this band lacks in originality (as many bands these days do), they make up for in very tangible talent with their respective instruments. I can safely say that this is a disc you borrow, and upload onto your computer from your friend that buys every CD at the shows. We all have one, so find yours and just take it for a weekend so you can see what you want your band
not to sound like. For Fans Of – Walls of Jericho, Curl Up And Die, the End, Aria
