The Teen Idols debut Fueled By Ramen release opens up with the dancefloor destroying "Backstabber" throwing you straight into their retro attitude, complete with super fast and high energy melodies that will rattle you and get you moving. This album is perfectly balanced with a sound vacillating between garage rock and old school punk rock with a dribble of pop. Relentless thrashing beats chart along upbeat vocals. Frontman Kevin's smooth voice is perfectly balanced with back-up girl and bassist Heather's sweet chants. This album is definitely something to check out if you think you'd like anything in the same vein as The Donnas. Recommended tracks, "The Longest Walk" and "Clueless".
