Not the hugest fan of EP's due to their length and lack of substance compared to full-lengths but the Noise Conspiracy has shown me otherwise. The first track "Bigger Cages, Longer Trains" has that "International" groove we have all become accustomed to with this band. Passion and energy drive this EP which will be quite clear by the end. From saxaphones to keyboards... it's all here folk. The band then bashes into track two "Beautiful So Alone" with the explosive vocals that have been perking up ears over the past few years. The highlight for me was the cover of N.E.R.D.'s "Baby Doll". Why? I pictured the way it would sound and it sounded nothing like what I had imagined. TINC put their own groove on it that I'm sure you all will dig. I'd say that put a little Gilligan's Island flavor into it. Other new tracks include "Waiting For Slavation", "A Textbook Example", and "When Words Are Not Working". Each track has it's own vibe, and going from track to track you don't know what you're going to get yourself into. The (International) Noise Conspiracy have come through big with this one, and is just a taste of what we are going to get in the future. As if these five new tracks and one cover weren't good enough, the band also threw in four videos and a Noam Chomsky excert for your punk rock viewing pleasures.
