After nearly 4 years since a record, Mustard Plug return. Though I can't really say they returned with anything new, it's nice to have a new record from them. In an age where serious pop-rock melodic wannabe "emo" bands fill the air, it's nice to see a ska/punk band still taking pride in recording and playing ska, even though it's not the mid-90's anymore. This record doesn't really break any ground, but that's ok. They are still writing the same blend of catchy ska, pop, punk, and rock that they have been for years now, each record taking a few more progressive steps. Some of my favorite tracks include "Already Gone" and "Not Enough", which are still the Mustard Plug we've come to know the past years, only a little more poppier. If you are still a ska/punk fan, or even if you are not, you should still check out Mustard Plug, whether it be live, or on a record. They will make you happy.
