Indie rock has reached it's finest level with the addition of The Cancer Conspiracy. Not to be confused with The Hope Conspiracy, The Cancer Conspiracy are an instrumental, diverse, intense, indie rock band who don't need words to express their musical and artistic capabilities. The preconceptions of rock music are shattered in "The Audio Medium" and a new genre is being built. Any band that can have two twelve minute songs on an album, and keep the listener from getting bored deserves a lot of admiration. We all find ourselves in a scene that is for the most part predictable so having bands with such intense and diverse work as The Cancer Conspiracy is uniquely refreashing. This is by far one of the most in depth and captivating albums I've ever listened to. Hopefully you will be as moved as I was.
