These guys have taken what they've done in the past, and gone far and beyond to a new level of rock! From their days playing basement shows in their native New Jersey to playing sold-out shows around the country, Midtown has created an establishment. The mastermind behind Midtown's newest release was Mark Trombino who has assisted the likes of Blink 182, Jimmy Eat World, and Drive Like Jehu. "Save The World Lose The Girl" was truly a stepping stone for this album, and now they have taken their style and substance to a level they have yet to encounter. Similar to their freshman full-length Midtown wastes no time slashing into their first track "Become What You Hate". Another highlight is a re-mix of their classic "Faulty Foundation" and the autobiographical "In The Songs". Midtown has digarded the sound that so many bands are clinging to right now, and are instead displaying their heavier, harder rock sound. Style and substance are the highlights of "Living Well Is The Best Revenge", and whether you are or aren't a Midtown fan the album should be given a chance when it hits the pavement April 16th!
