Adding Hot Rod Circuit, Audio Learning Center, Dashboard Confessional, Hey Mercedes, and Viva Death to the second volume of this sampler together with some of Vagrant's older line up has emphasized the labels potential. The one thing I am sad to see is that there are no Reggie & the Full Effect songs on this album. Of course, there is a new song by Saves the Day that a decent amount of people are drooling over already. It's just like the original version of Another Year on the Streets, lots of people went nuts over one song on the album and so it seems that everyone bought a copy. This time around, I am having the same feelings on the album as I did the last time. There are some new songs and some old songs performed by a bunch of bands that we all know or are sure to know in the future. It's not any thing spectacular but if you've never listened to any of the Vagrant bands or are just too cheap to buy a bands full-length album till you have heard them already, here is your chance. It should be fairly cheap wherever you find it (under $8), and it never hurt to pick up a compilation and find some new bands to listen for.
