Ten years and running? These guys are still around? To me... "Ten Years And Running" really isn't too special. It basically has the tracks that their previous compilation "Let It Happen" didn't have. It features such MxPx classics as "Chick Magnet", "Teenage Politics", "Do Your Feet Hurt", and "Move To Bremerton". There are nineteen tracks in all, and almost all tracks have been remixed and the majority of the well-known songs appear in unreleased versions. The only real addition to this "greatest hits" album (if you want to call it that) are the new songs "My Mistake" and "Running Away" which sound like the same old MxPx that hasn't seemed to change at all. The only song that I was actually stoked about was "The Broken Bones" which was an early 7" rarity. Otherwise, there isn't much else on "Ten Years And Running" that is worth writing about. If you're a die hard MxPx fan I guess you'll dig the album, but if you're a curious punk rocker wondering if you should save your money.... save it and buy the new NOFX double cd.
