Unfortunately for Goldfinger, "Open Your Eyes" their fourth full-length hasn't seemed to differ from the previous three. Being a Goldfinger fan, I'd have to say that I'm disappointed that they haven't used their years of experience to put out a new style of material we aren't used to hearing from them. If you really want to hear what "Open Your Eyes" sounds like I suggest listening to "Stomping Ground" if you don't have it, or haven't listened to it for a while. Though disappointed I found room for some appreciation with the songs "Spokesman" (about the disenchantment of today's pop culture), "Woodchuck" (where Goldfinger adds does their own take on Disturbed), and "FTN" (Fuck Ted Nugent). For all your teeny boppers listen to "January" for back-up vocals by Benji of Good Charlotte, and Burt from Used is featured on "Spokesman", "Woodchuck", and "Open Your Eyes".
