A year or two ago I received a demo CD from this band. I remember being very excited about that poorly recorded demo. Now I've got their first full length album in my stereo. I have to say that I expected another sound (a generic emo/punkrock sound). This record is pretty funky. Well, maybe funky ain't the right term. Let's just say that it swings in a Weezer-ish fashion. Add some weird lyrics to that and you've got a rather unusual record. So the bottom line is: this stuff sounds original, so open-minded people definitely can give it a try. Sayanthing is fronted by a very good vocalist, so yeah, I dig this. My favorites are "Into The Night", "That's That (Do What We Want) and "The Last Great Punk Rock Song".
