+44 Cancel Show

Taken from Craig's MySpace bulletin: Hey everybody, for some reason there has been NO announcement what so ever, but +44 is NOT playing in Seattle tomorrow. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we can't make it. The show should have been cancelled when we had to back out of Europe, but it wasn't. I just learned of this yesterday.To me, canceling shows is embarrassing, and says we don't care about our fans. I can't get across how much it bums me out to have to cancel shows. Fans are what make any band be able to do what they love to do...make music. Its a unique bond in the universal language that is music and art. I value this connection with fans more than anything, and I know that everybody in +44 feels the same. With that said, I'm SO sorry we have had to cancel these shows. What can we say? Shit happens sometimes, and all we can do is try our best to make sure it doesn't happen again, no matter how much some things are out of our control.
There's a SHIT ton of amazing bands playing at Bumbershoot, be sure to check out MERCY KILLERS' label mates, the HORRORPOPS and the AGGROLITES. I think they both play on Sunday. Be sure to catch them live, they're both amazing and you won't be disappointed!
