Will Me First & The Gimme Gimmes Survive?

They got booed off the stage in Pittsburgh, but that's nothing compared to what might happen when Fat Mike and his roving band of idiots take the stage in Belgium. What will the metal crowd think of Me First & The Gimme Gimmes? From what I understand, they take that shit seriously over there. There could be blood, ritual slayings, decapitations or worse and I just hope someone brings a video camera. The line up for Saturday's edition of the Graspop festival is below.

serpent_sky That festival makes NO sense! I thought that when it was announced; what the hell are they doing on an all-metal show?

As for the band, it's just that the country album isn't as much fun as their older stuff -- and I don't think most people know the songs at all. Their other albums, I've heard the songs before, so it's fun. I think that's why people aren't as into them. Mar 14, 2007

These two bands should combine their names, because alone they sound like terrible band names but together they would be ATHEIST TIAMAT and that sounds awesome. The irony would be lost on most metal fans though, but it would make me smile to hear that name.
